Job Description
Maintain General Ledger:

• Managing accounts payable utilizing accounting software program and different packages
• Handling accounts payable for separate entities and distributors
• Analyzing workflow processes
• Prompt at invoicing and billing.
• Establishing and sustaining relationships with new and present distributors
• Ensuring payments and payroll are paid in a well timed and correct method whereas adhering to departmental procedures
• Processing due invoices for funds
• Comparing buy orders, costs, phrases of cost, and different fees
• Processing transactions and performing accounting duties equivalent to account upkeep, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts.

Requirements

• Candidates ought to possess a OND / NCE qualification with 2 – 5 years work expertise.
