  • Oversee all Emergency Management issues and Workplace Safety points and implement loss prevention measures and catastrophe restoration methods together with making certain satisfactory insurance coverage of properties and measures to make sure clean firm operations in drive majeure conditions.
  • Management and administration of the corporate’s fleet of autos and monitoring of Office automotive drivers and dispatch riders and distribution of outgoing mails.
  • Management of all Office stationery, Office provides / Consumables, out of doors consumables, to make sure uninterrupted operational companies in all Company Office services, and Office Buildings.
  • Oversee protocol companies for workers and firm guests for outbound and inbound journey Including arranging visas, flight tickets lodge lodging and so on.


  • BSc (1st Class or 2nd Class) in Business Administration or in Management / Social Sciences
  • Minimum of 5 years’ expertise in related place
  • Must not be greater than 40 years of age


  • Good oral and written communication expertise
  • Good staff participant
  • Good interpersonal and other people administration expertise and negotiating expertise
  • Ability to Own Tasks / High sense of accountability
  • Personal {and professional} integrity and sound judgment
