You are to formulate and facilitate the implementation of methods which contribute to the group’s market share, profitability and associated aims within the gross sales division and studies on to the EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
LOCATION – Surulere, Lagos State

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and consummate new enterprise alternatives, put together and implement plans for rising the consumer base.
  • Champion the event and implementation of methods, plans, and applications for delivering and producing income from the group’s items focused in direction of IT clients.
  • Work with model house owners to ensure that they develop an excellent and efficient Channel Market with a purpose to meet their turnover targets and the corporate’s targets.
  • Identify crucial inter-dependencies among the many different Departments and forge efficient organizational linkage to make sure a concerted/seamless implementation of Manifold’s total enterprise technique
  • Oversee the preparation of the Sales Department’s annual finances and monitor the implementation to attenuate overruns.
  • Develop and put into motion initiatives to spice up gross sales by worthwhile applications.
  • Spearhead the event of services and products.
  • Oversee Manifold’s relationship administration operate and function relationship administration arrowhead on vital present/new accounts.
  • Coordinate and champion the execution of the efficiency administration, profession growth and employees promotion processes for the gross sales division, consistent with the HR insurance policies.
  • Organize, handle and encourage the obtainable human capital inside the division by the institution of appropriate group construction and implementing growth applications to optimize competence and productiveness.

Qualification and Requirements:

  • HND/BSc in any IT & Business-related Program.
  • MSc in an Added benefit
  • Minimum of 15 years Experience in Business Development with 10 years related expertise in  IT INDUSTRY and a minimal of 5 years heading a gross sales/advertising and marketing staff.
  • Candidate will need to have IT Industry Knowledge (Compulsory)
  • Relevant skilled qualification is an added Advantage
  • Must possess distinctive promoting expertise.
  • Must be technically sound in system constructing and upkeep.
  • Must be enterprise oriented and possess robust analytical expertise.
  • Sales / Networking/ Relationship Management.
  • Leadership & administration/ People administration.
  • Business and Financial Analytical Skill.
