Job Purpose

  • To keep a secure and safe surroundings for purchasers and staff by establishing and implementing safety insurance policies and procedures; supervising the safety guard power.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • Identify and consider threats, vulnerabilities and the potential affect of safety breaches and mitigate similar with acceptable measures.
  • Evaluate the bodily surroundings within the constructing and websites occupied by the financial institution to find out the suitability of measures applied to guard folks and belongings.
  • Define and Implement the principles and processes for controlling folks’s entry to the Bank’s premises.

Minimum Qualification and Experience

  • A First Degree or equal in Security Risk Management or every other associated disciplines
  • Postgraduate diploma in Security / Safety administration, Professional certification in Physical Security/ Information Security associated area could be an added benefit
  • Military or Paramilitary background and coaching will likely be an added benefit
  • Minimum of 10 years Security administration operations expertise with at the very least 3 years in monetary establishments
  • Minimum of seven years data of safety equipmentsm, fixed self-improvement
  • Adherence to insurance policies, processes and procedures.
