Job Description

  • Drive RGM initiatives for Nigeria, collaborating with the regional crew.
  • Analyze and share key insights with GM & Leadership crew of gross sales and Nielsen information for choice making functions (at the side of advertising and marketing director)
  • Drive OpSys information assortment and collation
  • Channel & Key Customer degree DPSM Planning and Tracking:
  • Distribution: Must Stock List
  • Pricing: Promo Guidelines
  • Shelving: Planogram tips + SOS% goal setting
  • Merchandizing: Full 12 months in-store show planning for TT & MT
  • Active participation in growth of annual model plans (led by advertising and marketing), together with New Product Innovations (NPIs) planning
  • NPI planning with the Key distributor pushed by Perfect Launch Kit
  • Gathering and sharing shopper, retailer and competitors updates and insights
  • Strong presence in Traditional commerce to collect information
  • Implementation of class technique (developed in collaboration with advertising and marketing)
  • Implementation of retailer/buyer/Distributor technique (developed by gross sales)
  • Coordination with AC Nielsen and advertising and marketing for normal information sharing, engaged on information enhancements and information analytics as per enterprise necessities
  • Responsibility for two budgets: (a)A&CP: in-store activation (POSM, promoters) & in-store sampling implementation (b) GTN: commerce advertising and marketing plans
  • Interface with distributor.

Key Competencies / Skills

  • The place requires tertiary qualification (industrial base important), a minimal of seven years expertise, 3 at a senior degree inside Customer, Channel, Marketing or Finance.  Proven monitor file in management to attain  enterprise outcomes, market share development.
